If you have seen the trailers so far, it looks as if Fung Chih-Chiang’s A Witness Out Of The Blue <犯罪現場> belongs to a Milkyway-style crime drama. Either way, it shouldn’t come as a surprise anyway, given the director’s past experience as one of the screenwriting teams for Milkyway productions including Sparrow <文雀> (2008) and Punished <報應> (2011).
